1.食材:带鱼。

3.将带鱼去头去尾去内脏洗净、捞出。

4.用剪刀剪成段,待用。

6.放在案板上切碎,待用。

7.烧锅倒油烧热,下入带鱼两面煎至有些金黄捞出。

8.接着,将煎好的带鱼回入锅中。

9.加一些清水,加点料酒,搁入姜片翻动一下煮开。
